How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way!
When will I get my order?
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: $6.90 — arrives in 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: $10.90 — arrives in 2–3 business days
- Free Shipping: on orders over $75
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or carrier delays.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re located near Crete, Nebraska, you can choose Free Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or text notification with pickup details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can easily monitor your package’s delivery progress.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before placing an order. MAJO Jewelry & Boutique is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If you realize there’s an error, email us immediately at majocustomercare@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most clothing and accessories. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please note that jewelry, sale items, and certain accessories (like sunglasses and purses) are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — we offer exchanges for clothing items only, depending on availability. Please email majocustomercare@gmail.com before sending your item back to confirm that your preferred size or color is in stock.
Can I see a jewelry piece before purchasing?
Absolutely! We’d love to help you make the perfect choice. We can schedule a Zoom call so you can view a specific jewelry piece more closely and check its dimensions in real time. Just email us at majocustomercare@gmail.com to set up an appointment
