✨ Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for most clothing and accessories.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

Jewelry, sale items, and accessories such as sunglasses or purses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund hasn’t arrived after that time, please contact your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for clothing items only, if the size or color is available.
To request an exchange, please email majocustomercare@gmail.com before returning your item to ensure your desired size is in stock.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at majocustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
